ALL successful treatments involve combing and despite the promises of some products it is our belief that the combing and understanding why the combing is essential (the life cycle of the louse) is the answer, the Kit and the components involved give you this.
Returns
You can return any unwanted items within 35 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we aren't able to exchange items. If you purchased your items in store please return it to point of purchase. Any items that are unused and in their original packaging can be returned under our 35 day returns policy. Products will only be accepted if complete. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. All returns are evaluated before being processed. Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
